Buyers can send a request for cancellation to info@insulinkeerai.com  within 5 days, mentioning Order NO & date.
It will be canceled within 24 hours before we capture the payment from the payment gateway.

Refund policy:

We also entertain Refund within 30 days from the date of order if in case buyer chooses for Refund, on fulfilling following norms.

a) Send mail to info@insulinkkeerai.com  mentioning order NO & Date, for the refund.

b) The unused product should be dispatched to us along with the copy of your order.

c) 75% of invoice value will be refunded within 7 days to your debit/ credit thro our payment gateway, without any questions.
